I’m a passionate UX/UI Designer, UX Writer, and Content Strategist dedicated to crafting intuitive, accessible digital experiences where every word and interaction puts users first. With over eight years of experience—including roles as a Machine Learning Data Analyst and Experience Designer at Amazon (Alexa & Amazon Echo), UX Writing Operations Specialist at Citibank, and a freelance UX/Product Designer—I bring a unique, data-driven approach to both design and content. My background in machine learning allows me to analyze user behavior and leverage insights to inform both design and language choices, ensuring that every screen and every sentence meets real user needs.
As a UX Writer, I specialize in crafting clear, empathetic microcopy and system messages that simplify complex concepts, promote trust, and support users through every step—from onboarding and forms to error states and high-stress moments like payment or personal data entry. I’ve built voice and tone frameworks, created reusable content patterns, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, legal, and research—to maintain consistency, compliance, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 standards) across platforms.
